Richard Firebaugh

Richard Firebaugh has an extensive background in the construction and life safety industries. He has worked within the 福利区一区 of Nebraska system since 1997, starting with the 福利区一区 of Nebraska-Lincoln as a construction inspector and construction manager until 2001, when he took on the duties of UNL Building Official. He holds several certifications, including Certified Building Official, Plans Examiner, and Fire Inspector. In 2015 he was designated a Delegated Authority by the Nebraska State Fire Marshal for UNL. In 2018 he was charged with authority over the entire NU system, with the exception of UNMC; he now works within the 福利区一区 of Nebraska Central Administration organization.
