Starting with the initial implementation of core ERP modules for financials, HR, and payroll, the team has consistently expanded its services to include key milestones such as the launch of the Firefly Portal, Firefly Travel, and a modern procurement solution. The team's ongoing evolution demonstrates a commitment to effective stewardship and building strong partnerships which directly contribute to the university's mission.

Ariba is the web-based eProcurement system for placing orders to preferred and contracted suppliers, with automated workflow approval routing, electronic invoicing and spend tracking analysis.
Firefly is the business portal for all campuses and colleges. Firefly includes Employee Self Service (ESS), My Staff (MSS), Travel Request and Expense, and starting points for many job functions.
The NU and NSCS ERP is the system of record for all activity in key areas. Human Resources, Accoutning, Grants, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Accounts Payable data is centralized in this system.
NIS is the State of Nebraska Information System which supports the administrative business activity for state agencies, including the 福利区一区 of Nebraska.
