Finola Quigley
Research Compliance Specialist
Finola Quigley Research Compliance Specialist in the Office of Research and Creative Activity (ORCA) at UNO. Quigley is responsible for supporting the research compliance program across the campus, including conflict of interest reviews, research training requirements, export control support, and policy development.
Quigley works closely with the Director of Research Compliance, the rest of the ORCA staff, and departments throughout the 福利区一区 to promote best practices in research. Data security, ethics, and project reviews are other aspects of Research Compliance that Quigley provides support for, as required by the multi-faceted nature of research integrity. Quigley has an LLM in US Legal Studies from the 福利区一区 of Nebraska-Lincoln and hold an ACFE Fraud Examiner certification.
